Hello Nick,

This is Chanteal from the Hagen Center. Angela and I spoke to you last week while you were in the office about volunteering to help serve food for our VISTA End of the Year Celebration Dinner tomorrow. I wanted to know if you are still available to help serve food for the event. The End of the Year Celebration is going to be from 5:30pm-7:30pm at the Heritage Center. The address for The Heritage Center is 117 S Fountain Ave, Springfield, OH. The building is in the back of Un Mundo Cafe downtown (next to the water fountains) and across the parking lot from the public library.

If you are still able to help, then we’re going to have all the volunteers meet at 5:15pm to start setting up. You don’t need to bring anything, but you will need to wear dress clothes (just a white shirt and black pants). And there is FREE FOOD for you when you’re done!

Feel free to call/text Angela or I if you need to. My phone number is 937-304-0941 and Angela’s is 937-460-2209.

Let me know if you’re still available to help out.

Thank you!
